General Terms and Conditions of Campgrounds GmbH, Landwehr 65 in 46514 Schermbeck for the motorhome parking space at the Topparks location in the Revierpark Dortmund - Wischlingen

The following general terms and conditions are part of the contract. As of April 2023

The following contractual terms and conditions comprehensively regulate the mutual rights and obligations between Campgrounds GmbH, as operator of the pitch, and the pitch guest.

The contractual services are exclusively subject to the printed materials valid for the travel period. Telephone arrangements, ancillary agreements, and other agreements of any kind must be in writing and confirmed by the pitch operator to be valid.

By entering the pitch, the guest accepts the conclusion of a binding pitch contract. The pitch contract is concluded upon receipt of payment.

At Online bookings The following conditions apply: Bookings are binding and cannot be canceled after confirmation. There is no right to reimbursement or refund, regardless of cancellation of the booking by the customer. If the customer does not use the booked service, the full price remains due. The pitch contract is concluded upon receipt of payment.

The parking space regulations are part of these General Terms and Conditions and take effect as soon as you enter the motorhome parking space.

The total rental amount for the period of stay chosen by the pitch guest must be paid in advance. The receipt must be clearly visible behind the windshield.

The current pitch fee can be found on the booking portal and at the on-site check-in terminal. Arrival is possible from 12:15 PM or from midnight on the booked arrival day, if spaces are still available. The fee ends at 12:00 PM on the departure day. Late departures after 12:00 PM will result in an additional night's stay.

The city charges an overnight fee, which we must collect directly from the guest on-site and pass on to the city. The amount of this fee is set by the City of Dortmund.

Upon booking, the pitch guest is entitled to a pitch for the prepaid period of stay. Electricity, fresh water, and the disposal of grey water and the chemical toilet are billed separately via the SmartCard system. Electricity is billed according to consumption at €0.80 per kilowatt hour. Fresh water and shower water are billed by the time. Rates can be found on the displays at the corresponding SmartCard readers.

If the pitch guest fails to pay the pitch fee or fails to pay the required amount, a flat-rate fee of €50 per day and any additional costs incurred for querying the license plate number with the Federal Motor Transport Authority will be charged. The pitch guest confirms that the personal information provided is correct. By paying the rent, the pitch guest accepts the Terms and Conditions, including the terms and conditions.

The statutory provisions and the law of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the pitch contract is the court with jurisdiction over the pitch. Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision whose economic effect comes as close as possible to that of the invalid provision.

Campgrounds GmbH site regulations for the motorhome parking space at the Topparks location in the Revierpark Dortmund – Wischlingen

I). Preliminary remark:

Welcome to the motorhome parking space at the Topparks location in the Dortmund-Wischlingen district park. The site is operated by Campgrounds GmbH.

The pitch is equipped with power columns for 54 motorhomes and 4 XL motorhomes, a supply and disposal station and a sanitary building.

To ensure a pleasant stay and smooth operation, we ask you to adhere to the following rules. By using this pitch, a contract is concluded subject to the following terms and conditions. Users acknowledge these pitch regulations.

II). Use:

· Access to the motorhome parking space is only permitted to users of the parking space.

The motorhome parking area is reserved for motorhomes and caravans only. There are no spaces for tents. Awnings are not permitted. Unauthorized vehicles or tents will be removed at a charge.

· The motorhome parking space is subject to a fee. The parking fee must be paid on the day of arrival. The ticket must be left in a clearly visible location in the motorhome.

· The parking spaces are divided into sections. Please adhere to the markings on the ground. If you exceed these limits, the operator reserves the right to charge a fee for occupying a second parking space.

· Please avoid littering the parking lot and its surroundings. Garbage must be disposed of in the designated containers.

Fresh water supply and wastewater disposal are handled exclusively via the supply and disposal system. Chemical toilets may only be emptied at the designated locations. Wastewater generated from the operation of motorhomes may only be emptied at the designated fully automatic disposal stations. Wastewater must not be released into the environment. Washing vehicles is prohibited on the site.

The use of generators is prohibited. If you need power, please use the available power columns.

· Please note that the areas around the trees pose certain risks due to falling leaves and branches; we assume no liability for this.

· Order and cleanliness are a matter of course for all users of the motorhome parking area. All facilities and equipment must be treated with care. The parking area must be left clean after use. Any waste can be disposed of free of charge in the designated bins. Please use our containers near the entrance.

Pet owners are responsible for ensuring that other campers are not disturbed. Dogs of all sizes must be kept on a leash at all times. Walking is only permitted outside the campervan site. Please clean up dog waste immediately.

· Fencing off parking spaces is prohibited. Users must completely tidy the parking space before leaving. Keeping parking spaces clear is prohibited.

Barbecues are permitted on the pitch. Disturbances to other users due to fire, flying sparks, and smoke must be avoided. Fire extinguishers are mandatory on all pitches.

Please be considerate of other guests and neighbors and avoid disturbing noise. In particular, quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. must be observed. Always turn down radios, televisions, etc., so that they do not disturb others. Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited on the campsite and may not be set off.

The site may only be used by vehicles with third-party liability insurance and registered/licensed vehicles. Use and driving on it is at your own risk. The maximum speed is 10 km/h.

· The site is unguarded. Any claims for damages against the operators are excluded.

· To maintain order and safety at the RV park, the practice of any business, as well as any sales or displays, is prohibited; exceptions are permitted by the City Campgrounds GmbH.

The operator, in exercising its house rules, reserves the right to remove persons from the site if this appears necessary to maintain safety and order at the motorhome site and in the interest of the site's guests. Instructions from the operator's staff must be followed, particularly regarding the parking of vehicles.
