General Terms and Conditions of Campgrounds GmbH, Landwehr 65 in 46514 Schermbeck for the motorhome pitch at the Topparks location in the Revierpark Dortmund - Wischlingen
The following terms and conditions form part of the contract. Version: April 2023
The following terms and conditions comprehensively regulate the mutual rights and obligations between Campgrounds GmbH, as operator of the campsite, and the campsite guest.
The contractual services are governed exclusively by the printed materials valid for the travel period. Any verbal agreements, side agreements, or other arrangements of any kind require written form and confirmation by the campsite operator to be valid.
By entering the parking space, the guest accepts the binding conclusion of a parking space contract. The parking space contract becomes effective upon receipt of payment.
At Online bookings The following conditions apply: Bookings are binding and cannot be cancelled after confirmation. There is no entitlement to a refund or reimbursement, regardless of cancellation by the customer. Should the customer not use the booked service, the full price remains due. The pitch contract is concluded upon receipt of payment.
The parking space regulations are part of these terms and conditions and take effect as soon as you enter the motorhome parking area.
The full rental amount for the chosen length of stay must be paid in advance. The receipt must be clearly displayed behind the windshield.
The current pitch fee can be found on the booking portal and at the on-site check-in terminal. Arrival is possible from 12:15 PM or from 12:00 AM on the booked arrival day, provided there are still spaces available. The stay ends at 12:00 PM on the departure day. For late departures after 12:00 PM, an additional night's stay will be charged.
The city levies an overnight accommodation fee, which we must collect directly from the guest on site and forward to the city. The amount of this fee is determined by the city of Neuss.
Upon booking, the camper is entitled to a pitch for the prepaid period of stay. Electricity, fresh water, and grey water and chemical toilet disposal are billed separately via the MyStop24 app or credit card. Electricity is charged according to consumption at €0.80 per kilowatt hour. Fresh water is charged by time. See the information on the service pedestals for rates.
If the parking space guest does not pay the parking space fee or does not pay the full amount, a processing fee of €80 per day and any additional costs incurred for requesting the official license plate number from the Federal Motor Transport Authority will be charged. The parking space guest confirms that their personal information is correct. By paying the rental fee, the parking space guest acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions.
The statutory provisions and laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the parking space agreement is the court responsible for the parking space. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The wholly or partially invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision whose economic effect comes as close as possible to that of the invalid provision.
Campgrounds GmbH site regulations for the motorhome site at the Neuss location at the State Garden Show
I) Preliminary remarks:
Welcome to the motorhome site at this location Neuss at the State Garden ShowThe campsite is operated by Campgrounds GmbH.
The parking area is equipped with electrical hookups for 17 motorhomes, a service station (from autumn 2026), electricity supply and waste disposal area.
To ensure a pleasant stay and a smooth process, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules. By using this parking space, you are entering into a contract subject to the following conditions. Users acknowledge these parking space regulations.
II). Use:
Access to the motorhome parking area is only permitted to users of the parking area.
The motorhome pitch is reserved exclusively for motorhomes. Caravans are not permitted. There are no designated pitches for tents. Setting up awnings is not allowed. Vehicles or tents parked without authorization will be removed at the owner's expense.
The motorhome pitch is subject to a fee. The pitch fee must be paid via the MyStop24 app or website MyStop24.de before arrival and is only valid with the vehicle registration number provided. If your registration number changes, please send an email to neuss@topparks.de with the subject line "Change of vehicle registration number" and your booking number.
The parking spaces are divided. Please adhere to the markings on the ground. If the markings are exceeded, the operator is entitled to charge a fee for occupying a second parking space.
Please avoid littering the parking lot and its surroundings. Dispose of trash in the designated containers.
The supply (fresh water) and disposal (grain water) are handled exclusively via the water and wastewater disposal system. Chemical toilets must only be emptied at the designated disposal point. Wastewater from motorhomes must only be disposed of at the designated fully automatic disposal stations. Wastewater must not be released into the environment. Washing vehicles on the premises is prohibited.
The use of generators is prohibited. If you require electricity, please use the available power outlets.
Please note that the areas around the trees pose certain risks due to falling leaves and branches; we accept no liability for this.
Order and cleanliness are the responsibility of all users of the motorhome site. All facilities and equipment must be treated with care. The site must be left clean after use. Waste can be disposed of free of charge in the designated bins. Please use our containers near the entrance.
Pet owners are responsible for ensuring that other campers are not disturbed. Dogs of all sizes must be kept on a leash at all times. Walking dogs is only permitted outside the campervan site. Please clean up after your dog immediately.
• Enclosing parking spaces with fences is prohibited. Users must completely restore their parking space to its original condition before leaving. Reserving parking spaces is prohibited.
Barbecuing is permitted on the pitches. Disturbing other users with fire, sparks, and smoke must be avoided. Fire extinguishers are mandatory on all pitches!
Please be considerate of other guests and neighbors and avoid disturbing noise. In particular, quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Always keep radios, televisions, etc., at a low volume so as not to disturb others. Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited on the campsite and may not be ignited.
The area may only be used by vehicles that are covered by liability insurance and are registered/approved. Use and driving on the area is at your own risk. The maximum speed is 10 km/h.
The site is unguarded. Any claims for damages against the operators are excluded.
To maintain order and safety at the motorhome site, the operation of any business as well as any sales and displays is prohibited; exceptions are permitted by Stadt Campgrounds GmbH.
The operator, exercising their right to control access to the premises, is entitled to remove individuals from the site if this appears necessary to maintain safety and order on the motorhome site and in the interest of other guests. Instructions from the operator's staff must be followed, particularly regarding vehicle placement.
